The judo section of the Haute-Goulaine Sports Star is organizing two open days, Wednesday 6 and Friday 8 October. A new time slot for children aged 4 to 7 is open on Wednesdays, from 10:15 am to 11:15 am, everyone can come and discover it on Wednesday 6. The section also opens a judo-jujitsu class on Wednesdays, from 8 pm at 9:30 p.m., for those over 13 years old.
Friday, from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., a self-defense course will be offered to introduce everyone to this activity, free of charge. Ten sessions per year are planned for an annual cost of € 50.
