Misiones archers compete in Entre Ríos for National Final qualification
Archers from Misiones will compete this Saturday and Sunday in the Litoral Zone Regional Final in Oro Verde, Entre Ríos, seeking positions in the upcoming National Final. The outdoor archery competition, held in the Paraná department, serves as a qualifying stage for athletes aiming to secure a spot in the national tournament scheduled for December in Neuquén, El Territorio reported.
The regional event brings together 115 athletes from four provinces: Santa Fe, Chaco, Entre Ríos, and Misiones. Representing 26 clubs across the region, the competitors will participate in 39 categories, covering both conventional and adapted archery divisions.
How top performers qualify for the National Final
The tournament offers a direct path to the National Final for top performers. According to competition details, the first three finishers in each category will earn an automatic berth for the event in Neuquén. Beyond these direct qualifiers, an additional 25 spots will be awarded based on the Unified National Ranking.
The competition is organized into two distinct sessions. Saturday, November 7, is reserved for the School categories. On Sunday, November 8, the WA categories will compete, with their results determining the final qualifiers for the national stage.
