The national tournament drew over 230 athletes representing 14 sports delegations from across the country to compete in nine distinct age groups. Tuyen Quang deployed a roster of 21 competitors spanning men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles events.
At the conclusion of four days of matches, Nguyen Anh Duc and Do Viet Duc delivered Tuyen Quang’s sole gold medal by winning the men’s doubles title in the 61–65 age category.
