Baja California archers Adriana Castillo, Rebeca Márquez, and Francisco Padilla are intensifying their training regimens ahead of the upcoming indoor international archery season as part of the Mexican national team selected for the Hyundai Indoor World Series, El Vigía reported.
The three athletes are logging demanding daily sessions at the Archery Center of Excellence, situated inside the High-Performance Center (CAR) in Tijuana. Their routines focus heavily on fine-tuning physical endurance and technical precision to arrive in peak form for the final stretch of the 2026 calendar.
European Stops Await the National Delegation
Rebeca Márquez, a specialist in the recurve division, outlined the squad’s upcoming travel itinerary, noting that the team will tackle two major competitions on European soil before the year closes. Prior to these tournaments, the athletes will take part in a specialized training camp with the national selection squad.
The opening European test will take place at the Swiss Open in Lausanne, Switzerland, running from October 30 to November 1. Following that event, the Tricolor delegation will head straight to Strassen to contest the Luxembourg Open, scheduled for November 20 to 22.

Global Circuit Schedule Leads to Las Vegas Final
The broader 2026–2027 world circuit features an extensive slate of eight qualification stages hosted across venues in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. These preliminary stops act as the primary pathway toward the season-ending championship.
That high-stakes final showdown is officially booked for March 14, 2027, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Backed by this busy international calendar, the athletes from Baja California aim to solidify their standing within the upper tier of the global archery elite.
