On the turf, Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle Lane Johnson demonstrated complex upper-body movements designed to train opposing actions simultaneously. Working in front of a specialized dual-cable apparatus, Johnson completed repetitions pulling a handle toward his chest with one arm while simultaneously pressing another handle away from his body.
