Out of the 74 total participants, 30 are youth members, ensuring a steady pipeline of rising talent. The adult contingent divides cleanly into 19 leisure players and 25 competitors who represent the organization across leisure tournaments, federal events, and departmental championships. The leadership team also reflects this grassroots structure, with four out of the ten board members originating directly from the club’s internal badminton school.

Tanguy Piet presented the financial report during the assembly, highlighting a significant expenditure dedicated to shuttlecocks, which form a major operational cost for the organization. Meanwhile, Jérémy Bruneau delivered the sporting and events review, characterizing the past year’s activities and athletic results in a positive light. Both reports received review from the assembled membership before the leadership outlined upcoming operational schedules.
2026-2027 Season Outlook and Leadership Transition
Looking ahead to the 2026-2027 season, club leadership emphasized the priority of preserving the three core pillars—youth, leisure, and competition—while maintaining a familial and educational environment. The calendar features several confirmed community dates: the Halloween tournament scheduled for Friday, November 6; a sponsor evening on Thursday, March 18, dedicated to thanking local partners; and a palets competition set for Friday, April 30.
After serving eight years at the helm, Maxime Beaupérin announced an intention to step down from the presidency next year, pointing to the club's current strong health as an ideal moment for a transition. In light of this upcoming leadership shift, the BCN has launched an appeal for volunteers to assist with event coordination and daily operations.
