Mexican and Local Representation
Mexico’s roster features four local athletes from Coahuila: Ana Paula Vázquez, Dafne Quintero, Sebastián García, and Matías Grande. Carolina Acosta, the high-performance director for CONADE, stated during the opening ceremonies that 60 percent of Mexico’s national archery team originates from Coahuila, highlighting the region’s strong talent pipeline in the sport.

Following a practice session held Friday, September 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. local time, medal events begin Saturday, September 12, with the compound archery finals. Men compete in the morning session from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by the women’s session from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Recurve finals take place Sunday, September 13, following the exact same morning and afternoon time blocks. Tickets cost 200 pesos per session and are available at the box office or through the Boletomóvil platform, according to Crónica.
