Despite his young age, Bleon Kurtulus has already managed to gather solid experience at the highest level. He debuted for Halmstads BK in the Allsvenskan in the spring of 2024, just 16 years old. During last year’s season, he was a given in the starting eleven and played 28 Allsvenskan matches. His breakthrough was recognized, among other things, with a nomination for “Young Player of the Year” at the Allsvenskan’s Grand Prix.
Bleon Kurtulus also has national team merits at youth level. He is listed for a total of 35 youth internationals and in the most recent matches in the U21 national team’s EC qualifiers, he has formed a center back pair with Nils Zätterström.
Now the 18-year-old defender is leaving his parent club Halmstads BK on a transfer to Malmö FF. He has signed a 5-year contract and joins the team’s training camp in Spain.

He is a young talent with development potential, while his performances in the Allsvenskan last year showed that the level is already high.
