Youth Project: Innovation in Action

AC Monza, in collaboration with the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, has launched a new path dedicated to the Under 13 and Under 14 categories.

Training in virtual reality to improve decision-making ability is the objective of the project, which aims to enhance perceptual-cognitive skills: decision-making accuracy, processing speed, flexibility and inhibitory control.

The kids will be followed by the red and white staff and university teachers, who will bring added value in terms of experience and innovation, with a cutting-edge training approach

Within virtual reality, in a controlled environment capable of involving the sensorimotor system and offering a first-person perspective, realistic game situations are recreated, such as the interception and defense phases, clearing, dribbling, passing and shooting.

An exciting new path that testifies to the constant work by the Company to support and enhance the growth of the nursery, through the integration of scientific methodologies and innovative technologies.
