Kayserispor Club made a statement regarding the unauthorized departure of French football player Ronael Pierre-Gabriel, with whom they had an agreement in principle and who was training with the team.
In the statement made by the Yellow-Red club, it was stated that most of the information on the subject in some media outlets and social media accounts does not reflect the truth.
It was stated that the process regarding the transfer of Pierre-Gabriel was carried out completely in accordance with the official and inter-club rules, and said, “Kayserispor Club first established official contact with Dinamo Zagreb Club, and contacted the player after obtaining the necessary permissions from the relevant club. Following this process, a mutual transfer agreement was signed between Kayserispor and Dinamo Zagreb.”
“SHE LEFT KAISER WITHOUT PERMISSION”
It was noted that after the agreement in question, the player came to Kayseri with the knowledge and permission of his club and signed the contract stating all the agreed terms.
It was emphasized that after the contract was signed, the player started training with the team and said:
“After the training, he personally stated that he was happy to be here and that he was satisfied. However, after a message sent by the player’s manager at 09.59 the next morning, the player left Kayseri without any permission from our club, as a result of the pressure and misdirection of his manager. These events are a great disrespect towards Kayserispor Club and Turkish football. As Kayserispor Club, we never accept this attitude. A player who signs a contract and participates in training does not fulfill the terms of the contract. “In the face of this disrespect towards our club, Kayserispor Club will use all its legal rights against the player and his manager starting tomorrow.”
