The World Organization Bullying Without Borders confirms the death of Alex, a 13-year-old boy who had gone to visit a friend at his home in Sueca, Valencia. While the incident is under criminal investigation, it appears that at some point, the friend’s father suffered a psychotic episode, grabbed a baseball bat, and beat Alex unconscious. Not content with this, he then took a knife and stabbed him to death. The alleged murderer is Juan Francisco Mansilla, 48 years old, and has lived in the area for several years.
The Civil Guard recognizes the terrible event:
The body of the deceased minor showed blows, apparently with a kidnapped baseball bat, and stab wounds with a knife, also in judicial custody. The alleged perpetrator of the homicide told the agents that he is the father of a friend of the victim who was at his house at that time and that the boys of the same age were playing a video game and at that moment he would have had a fit of madness.
The alleged murderer is in the Civil Guard barracks in the town of Carlet waiting to be brought to justice.
Death in Sueca, Valencia:
The agents sent to the home, on Trinquet Vell Street in the municipality, located 30 kilometers from Valencia, found the minor dead, confirming his violent death with stab wounds and blows. An autopsy will be performed this Monday. A forensic doctor and the Sueca duty judge also went to the scene.
The message from the Sueca City Council:
The Sueca City Council has also regretted on its social networks “the terrible incident that occurred” in the city that “took the life of a minor.” “While the authorities carry out the investigations and what happened can be clarified, we want to convey our deepest condolences and all the support of the city of Sueca to the victim’s family,” says the council, which has decreed two days of mourning.
