Borussia Monchengladbach suffered a painful defeat at home when they hosted VfB Stuttgart. The home team was heavily beaten with a score of 0-3. Stuttgart’s pressure continued, and the third goal was scored in the 74th minute. Substitute striker Deniz Undav successfully scored a goal with a right foot kick from the middle of the penalty box after receiving a mature pass from Angelo Stiller.
Even though both teams made a number of substitutions, Borussia Mönchengladbach still had difficulty breaking down Stuttgart’s tight defense. Until the final whistle sounded, the score 3-0 remained for Stuttgart’s victory, which once again confirmed the consistency of their performance in the Bundesliga this season. (E-3)
