Through an institutional statement, the league’s Board of Directors confirmed that the Round Robin will resume next Wednesday, January 7marking the restart of the path to the Grand Final of the 2025-2026 season.
The status of the classification
Until the moment of the interruption, parity and intensity were the protagonists. It is important to note that the current records remain intact:
- Zulia Eagles (1-0): Provisional leaders after their victory against the Navegantes del Magallanes.
- Lara Cardinals (1-0): They share the top after beating Caribes de Anzoátegui.
- Navigators, Caribbeans, Tigers and Braves: They will seek to level their record as soon as the voice of “Play Ball” is heard.
Calendar adjustments: The MLB factor
