Rovereto The 63rd edition of the Italian Targa Championships ended on Sunday in Rovereto. The finals were held at Palakosmos which awarded all the absolute titles of the three competing divisions: Olympic bow (recurve), compound bow and bare bow. In the women’s recurve, an excellent third place for Lucilla Boari from Rivaggio, representative of the Fiamme Oro, who in the final defeated the very young Matilde Manini, promising member of the Voghera Archers, born in 2009, 7-1, in her first participation in an absolute final. Loredana Spera (Arcieri della Signoria) once again won the Italian title, already winner ex aequo in 2023 and gold in 2017. In the final she beat Ginevra Landi (Maremmana Arcieri) 7-3, confirming herself among the best Italian interpreters of the specialty. The event recorded excellent participation from the public and athletes, confirming Rovereto as one of the most active and organized places on the national archery scene.
