Leandro Santos (born December 22, 1971) is a former Brazilian badminton player who was one of the most successful in his home country in the 1990s.

With a total of seven titles at the Brazil International and ten triumphs at the Brazilian Championships in all three disciplines, he is to date the most successful participant in both competitions. In 1999 he managed to qualify for the World Cup in Copenhagen. However, he was eliminated in the first round of both doubles (with Anton Gargiulo) and mixed doubles (with Fernanda Kumasaka).
