İÇDAŞ U12 Girls Basketball – Team Profile

Competing in the Midterm Break Balkan Basketball Tournament held in Babaeski, İÇDAŞ Sports Club U12 Girls Basketball Team finished the tournament in second place with its successful results.

The Semester Break Balkan Basketball Tournament, organized under the coordination of Babaeski Youth and Sports District Directorate and with the contributions of Babaeski Municipality, was held at Babaeski Sports Hall on 19-20-21 January. Clubs from different provinces of Türkiye as well as a club from Bulgaria participated in the tournament held in the 12-year-old girls’ teams category. During the three-day organization, İÇDAŞ Sports Club U12 Girls Basketball Team attracted attention with its disciplined and consistent performance.

Young athletes of İÇDAŞ, who had four wins and one loss in the competitions they played throughout the tournament, achieved a significant success by finishing the organization in second place after difficult matches.

The tournament, which included strong clubs from Bulgaria, Istanbul, Kocaeli, Kırklareli and Çanakkale, not only contributed to the sports development of infrastructure athletes, but also provided the opportunity for the development of interprovincial and international sports culture. The performance of the young athletes was appreciated by the audience and basketball authorities.

While the degree obtained was considered as an indication that the infrastructure works of İÇDAŞ Sports Club were carried out in a planned and sustainable manner, the club officials congratulated all the athletes and technical team participating in the tournament and stated that the work for the development of young talents would be continued with determination.
