BRATISLAVA – Vierka Ayisi enters the new year with an unusual approach: instead of making resolutions, she recapitulates and chooses the best that the past months have given her. And although she seems to have everything set up nicely, she admitted that nothing is as rosy as it seems…
At the end-of-year event of a well-known Swedish cosmetic brand, Vierka Ayisi openly admitted that she experiences the entry into the next year perhaps more than others. “For me, the milestone is a new year, but such a pleasant one. Entering the new year is primarily a retrospective recapitulation of my resolutions, activities, habits and choosing the best that I learned from the previous year.” the smiling blonde reveals, but at the same time adds that it’s not just about plans, but about a shift in who she wants to be. “I always try to enter the new year with an idea or a progression of my identity, that what I want to be for myself and for my family.”
Currently, however, the well-known yogi is experiencing a happy period both professionally and privately. Together with her husband, Jana Landl, they are raising a daughter, Nalia, who brings immense joy to both parents, and apparently things are working well between the husband and wife. However, Vierka adds that even “nicely set” is not a matter of course for her. “I’m a supporter of the fact that you need to work on things. Also on relationships, and on parenting, on improving your qualities, mood… These are things that need to be maintained…”
And speaking of maintenance, Ayisi has also been associated with yoga for years, thanks to which she boasts a great figure. Not only that! Her perfect skin is definitely worth admiring, and in the interview, Vierka revealed what her secret is!
