XALAPASEE.- Authorities alerted this Thursday, January 22, the users of the Coatepec bypass, about the road closure that will be recorded next Friday and Sunday in this place for 7 hours, each day, so that they take precautions and, if necessary, use alternative routes.
Through a statement, the municipal government reported that next Friday, January 23 and Sunday, January 25, the Coatepec bypass will be closed due to a Veracruz state championship, Road Cycling and Time Trial that will take place for 7 hours on both days.

According to official information, the closures will occur from 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., so users of this communication route are asked to take precautions and use alternative routes. Once the cycling championship concludes, roads will be restored as normal.
CONADE 2026
The Veracruz state road and time trial cycling championship, which will take place on January 23 and 25 at the Coatepec bypass, is part of the CONADE 2026 National Olympiad in Veracruz. This competition will take place from January 22 to February 1 in disciplines such as cycling, badminton, judo and chess.
Cycling will be done with a time trial this January 23 and on the 25th the road test on the Coatepec Bypass.
The mountain modality will take place on January 24 on the La Calera track, located in the Banderilla area. Meanwhile, the track competition will be held from January 22 to February 1 at the Xalapa International Velodromewhere in addition to the State Selective, the 2026 National Track Championship will be held.
