In the 41st round of the Max League, the Jihlava hockey players won 2:1 in Zlín after separate raids. The leaders Slavia, Kolín, Tábor and the complete trio from the bottom of the table also succeeded: Frýdek-Místek rejoiced in Litoměřice, Chomutov stopped Pardubice B and Poruba defeated Vsetín after a last-minute turnaround.

Those who arrived at the RT TORAX Arena later could have regretted it. Already at 10:58, three goals were scored. The score 1:2 then lasted until the finish, which belonged to the more active Ostravans. These were saved by Emils Gegeris, the Latvian striker first equalized twenty seconds before the third siren and then completed a last-minute turn in overtime. Poruba grabbed two valuable points, yet its loss to the opponent increased – both Chomutov and Frýdek-Místek stopped the onrushing opponents and took one more point.
