The NBA released the second voting tally for the 2026 All-Star Game, and Luka Doncic and Giannis Antetokounmpo lead the Western and Eastern conferences, respectively.
Behind the “Greek Freak”, still leader in the East with 2,092,284 votes, Jalen Brunson climbs to second place (1,916,497) and exceeds Tyrese Maxey (1,908,978) for… 7,519 votes. Cade Cunningham follows (1,752,801), then Donovan Mitchell (1 530 237) et Jaylen Brown (1,514,259) complete the Top 6. Further on, we note the presence of Karl-Anthony Towns (898 038), Jalen Johnson (525 789) or even Joel Embiid (206 461).
In the West, Luka Doncic leads the way (2,229,811) ahead Nikola Jokic (1 998 560) et Stephen Curry (1 844 903). Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (1 554 468) et Victor Wembanyama (1,321,985) remain firmly placed, while Deni Avdija comes in 7th position (1,224,109), just ahead LeBron James (1 059 855).
Fan votes count for 50% of the five starters from each conference for the 2026 All-Star Game. Current NBA players and a media panel each represent 25% of the vote.
This year, the All-Stars are selected without distinction of position, the starters to be announced on January 19, and in the new format of the All-Star Game, two teams of American players and a team of international players (“Team World”) will compete in a tournament consisting of four 12-minute matches.
