Jordi Cruijff landed in Amsterdam on Friday. Noa Vahle thinks she knows that SBS6-plan The Orange Winter. According to the presenter, a lot of paperwork still needs to be done before Cruijff can make his debut as technical director of Ajax.
“I heard today that Jordi Cruijff landed in Amsterdam today,” Vahle begins The Orange Winter. “There is still some paperwork that needs to be done. There are still a number of agreements that they need to put down properly on paper before he can actually officially sign as technical director of Ajax. The expectation is that that will not happen very soon. Maybe during the weekend or else next week,” she continues.
Cruijff will officially start working as Alex Kroes’ successor in the Johan Cruijff ArenA from February. “He also does not want to give the impression that he is already responsible for this transfer period, but he is a sounding board. They are not just going to buy players that he really does not need at Ajax,” the presenter says.
