19 dec 2025 Grönvitt won in Karlstad
in News
The men’s team recorded two new points when they won away against IF Boltic with 12-4.
– A well-executed match where I think we slow down a bit at their pace at times. Overall fully approved, Edvin Porswald sums up the match.
When Boltic scored his goals in the game, VSK were quickly back on the court and scored in turn.
– Important to bounce back and answer immediately. We let in a few easy goals, a little bad control outside our penalty area. A bit careless.
During the autumn, Porswald has played either forward or right back in Nicklas Ögren’s absence. When Ögren is out due to a new injury that he sustained away against Hammarby IF, Porswald was back in the back position.
– It feels great, I have settled into the team well and you play where the team needs one the most and I think it works well down the hill. Obviously, it’s a completely different role, but it comes pretty naturally anyway. You’re used to being up there and know what you don’t like when you’re there, so now you try to do it down there.
Now wait until the bandy’s Christmas Eve, Boxing Day. Until then, it will be charging the batteries.
– You can take it easy with the family and cozy up for a bit, gather energy.
