Contents of each event

「FREE ENJOY FOOTBALL」

Targeted at high school students and above. After each person uploads, a mini-game will be held.
Recommended for anyone who wants to kick a ball or move their body, from beginners to experienced players.

“Ladies 11 FOOTBALL”

Targeted at women high school students and above. After about 30 minutes of basic training (dribbling, passing, shooting, etc.), we will hold mini-games.
Matsumoto Yamaga FC staff will provide careful support so that even beginners can participate with peace of mind.

Newly established! “Yamaga Soccer Club”

Finally, it’s time for technical practice! More fun and deeper soccer.
Up until now,[FREE ENJOY FOOTBALL]was “game only”, but this[Yamaga Soccer Club]will conduct training aimed at improving technical skills, which is also carried out in[Ladies 11]. And 30 minutes into the second half, it’s time for the game!
Anyone who wants to experience the fun of soccer more or improve their skills is welcome!
This is an event that anyone can enjoy, regardless of experience or age!
*No events will be held in December.

  • Target: Men and women of high school age and above
    *”Ladies 11 FOOTBALL” is only for women who are high school students or older.
  • Number of applicants: 30 people each (first come first served)
  • Participation fee: 1,000 yen (tax included) *Please pay at reception
  • Things to bring: Clothes and equipment for exercise, drinks, towels
  • Participating staff: Matsumoto Yamaga Sports Club staff
