The painful slip in Westerlo turned out to be just an accident on the course for RSC Anderlecht, which recovered with a home win against STVV and thus boasts a nice 15 out of 18. On Sunday, however, another difficult move to the in-form team in Antwerp awaits, where Besnik Hasi will already have a lot of puzzling to do.
The attacking game occasionally leaves a lot to be desired, but the fact that the people of Brussels are in third place today is mainly due to their defense. Despite the criticism of the defense, the Purple & White scored the same number of goals after 18 match days, which means that, together with Club Brugge and Antwerp, they only have to tolerate Union.

Worries for Hasi
In the past five victories, Colin Coosemans only had to turn around twice, meaning that one goal was enough for the victory three times. Hasi has had to shift regularly in recent weeks. First Lucas Hey was missing, who was relieved by Marco Kana in the infirmary upon his return. Fortunately, Killian Sardella turned out to be a full-fledged alternative.
However, he would now come in handy at right back, where Ilay Camara will be sidelined for the next six weeks. And while on the other side, Ludwig Augustinsson is also in need. Of the regular four in the backline, only Hey remains at the Bosuil, and probably also a week later against Charleroi. Not a nice prospect for Hasi.
Opportunity for mercenaries?
Finally, the Dane still makes a very mixed impression. Just like Moussa Ndiaye, who nevertheless seems certain of a starting place due to the absence of Augustinsson. Or will Hasi once again dust off one of the failed mercenaries? Olivier Renard certainly refuses to simply give up faith in Yasin Özcan and Mihajlo Ilic.
On the right flank, Ali Maamar provided a boost, because with his eager substitute against STVV, the home-grown product emphatically applied to be allowed to kick off again. Or does Hasi, who nowadays arranges his pawns in a kind of 3-4-3 system, opt for a different profile to trot down the entire sideline?
