Leandro Núñez: Pan American Indoor Archery Bronze Medalist

The Comodor goalkeeper Leandro Núñez, representative of the Petrochemical Club, managed to finish on the podium in the Pan American Indoor Championship, which was held in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.

The young athlete competed in the competition as a member of the Argentine National Team thanks to his performance in the national season, his sustained podiums and his technical growth in the indoor modality.

Comodorense shooter Leandro Nuñez participated in an important competition in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, in what was the Pan American Indoor Championship, and managed to win the bronze medal in the competition that brought together the best archers in America.

Leandro, with the support of Comodoro Deportes, left Comodoro Rivadavia and Argentina among the three best, in the Under 21 Olympic Recurve category.

The call to the national team for the Comodorense came after the shooter became champion in men’s under 21 Recurve, in the National Final of the Indoor modality, which took place in Esquel, in the month of August.
