Hammarby Sign Sourou Koné – ASEC Mimosas Transfer News

Here is Hammarby’s latest new acquisition.

According to Sportbladet’s information, midfielder Sourou Koné joins from ASEC Mimosas in January.

Hammarby have been successful in recruiting talent from West Africa and the club has been down there on a couple of scouting trips recently.

Among other things, Hammarby has recruited several players from ASEC Mimosas in the Ivory Coast. Players who were later sold on for multi-million sums.

Joins when he turns 18

There, players like Bazoumana Touré and Kossounou Odilon stand out. Touré became a record sale when he was sold to TSG Hoffenheim in a deal worth a total of SEK 160 million and Odilon was sold to Club Brugge, currently belongs to Bayer Leverkusen but is on loan to Atalanta in Serie A.

Elohim Kaboré was also recruited from ASEC Mimosas.

Now Hammarby has finished with a new player from the same club.

The midfielder is 17 years old but will join Hammarby when he turns 18 in January.
All parties are in complete agreement and the deal is expected to become official within the next few weeks.
