The Huelva badminton player Carolina Marín has made a strong decision for next year.
Marín has stated that from 2026 he will isolate himself from social networks after having “collapsed”, but also highlighting “the constant affection” and “the support” along with “the empathy” of his followers for his recent publication on Instagram.
“I have collapsed…”
“I wanted to thank you all for the constant affection that you have sent me all year, the support, the empathy. And I have to tell you that I have been very surprised by the reaction you have had regarding the last video I uploaded. I think it is also important to sometimes show a little that part that we want to hide,” said Marín this Friday in his “last” recorded message of 2025. “Society also goes through many of these situations,” he added.
“And I have received a lot of support. I had done something naturally, simply to express and open up to all of you, and what I have received has been very nice and very great,” said the Huelva athlete. “I have realized, especially mainly as a result of the last month, that I have collapsed. And I think it is time to think about myself to really reflect on many things. So one of the decisions I am going to make is going to be to isolate myself from social networks”he warned.
“I’m not at my best…”
“I really need to isolate myself a little from social networks, think about myself. I have to say that I am not at my best. I want to be happy and for that I have to find happiness in many things. I wanted to thank you all for understanding me, for supporting me. I hope you have a wonderful end to the year and above all a wonderful start to the year. So nothing, thank you all for continuing to listen to me,” Marín concluded.
