Coahuila Archery: Halcones Classic Success

Saltillo, Coahuila.- The Coahuila team had an outstanding performance in the “Halcones Classic” indoor archery competition, which took place in San Luis Potosí and which had a total of 315 athletes.

Ángela Ruiz and Ana Paula Vázquez shared the podium again after making it 1-3 in the women’s recurve bow. Ángela finished in first position with 882 points, while Ana Paula took bronze after finishing with 847 points.

Sebastián García added one more title to his record after winning the men’s compound with 899 points; while Dafne Quintero placed third in the women’s composite arch with 896 points.

Antonio Epifania won the gold medal in compound block C with a total of 872 points; while Javier Alejandro Salas took the silver medal in compound block E after tallying 815 units.

In recurve block B, Coahuila made it 2-3: Abril Espinosa won the silver medal with 768 points, while Dante Cuellar won the bronze with 762 points. In recurve block A, Mariana Ramos finished third with 829; while Arturo Barrera finished third in children’s compound with 856 points.
