AOB Karate Bozouls Show | Martial Arts Event

Led by Éric Durand, technical director, surrounded by president Arnaud Bouscary and teachers Philippe Delatour, Alexandre Durand and Tiphaine Séquiès, the practitioners presented the work carried out throughout the year. The youngest opened the evening with adapted exercises, before giving way to more advanced technical demonstrations: katas, fights, contact karate and self-defense situations followed one another, illustrating the diversity of practices offered within the club.

The evening concluded in a friendly atmosphere around a reception offered by AOB Karate, bringing together all the participants.

Beyond karate training, the club is also developing a sport-health oriented activity with Médiété. These sessions, focused on postural gymnastics, stretching and muscle strengthening, are supervised by Raphaël, sports practitioner, and bring together around thirty participants. Mediety classes take place on Mondays, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and from 7:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m., at the intercommunal gymnasium dojo.

Information and registrations for Médiété: Raphaël on 07 68 55 56 75. For any information on the club’s activities, AOB Karate can be reached on 06 82 10 23 72 or via its Facebook page “AOB Karate Bozouls”.
