The eagles revealed, in a statement, that «the collection of personal data such as name, surname, member number, where they voted and the number of votes at the time of voting was reported by the members» and that «it was also public that several members received cell phone messages and emails asking them to vote on a specific list».

A List F, headed by Noronha Lopes, throughout the day, sent an appeal to several members to vote on their list. Later, several people linked to the candidacy reported that the messages were only sent to members who had signed up as volunteers for the campaign and consented to the use of the data provided.
