Van de Kerkhof Critiques PSV Player’s Pace & Performance

Willy van de Kerkhof is by no means impressed by the game of the Dutch national team against Lithuania. The icon of PSV did not see current PSV player Jerdy Schouten not making too happy impression.

“He can chart that first goal of Lithuania,” Willy starts critically in the Willy en René PSV Podcast van Omroep Brabant. “He should have intervened much earlier. Then you also see that he is not a real Balafpakker and that he is also short of speed.”

Former PSV member Memphis is also discussed. He crowned Lithuania as top scorer all against Van Oranje. “I found him flop against Poland,” says René. “He occasionally walked across the field as if he was walking through the sand, so slow. But against Lithuania, he was much better. He just showed that he is the Spits of Orange, ready,” said Van de Kerkhof.
