Manningcast: Peyton Manning & NFL Season Preview

Peyton Manning has been all over TV sets this year. The former NFL star quarterback-turned-tv star and producer via his Omaha Productions co-hosted NBC’s coverage of the Paris Olympics opening ceremony, and his “Manningcast” alternate Monday Night Football broadcast for ESPN kicks off next week. And he has maintained a consistent cadence in commercials too, with his latest effort, a comedic spot for Nationwide, set to debut on the NFL kickoff game on NBC Thursday night.

In a conversation with The Hollywood Reporter, Manning discussed his push into entertainment, working on the spot, whether he would work on future Olympics coverage, and what viewers can expect from the Manningcast this season.

It seems like you’ve been all over my TV this year between the the Olympics, the return of the Manningcast is coming up, and obviously this Nationwide spot is going to debut during the NFL kickoff game.
