The Cofidis training has just revealed, this Monday, the list of eight runners selected to compete in the next Tour de France, which will start from Lille, its region, next weekend.
For his 29th participation in the Grande Boucle, the northern formation, which lost Guillaume Martin-Guyonnet, who left for Groupama-FDJ, revolves this year around his flagship recruits of the offseason, the German Emanuel Buchmann and the Spaniard Alex Aranburu.
Buchmann, 32, finished 4th in the 2019 Tour and will aim for a good place for the general classification. The former Spanish champion, 29, will aim for a stage victory, after having already won no less than seven top 10, including four last year. Bryan Coquard, whose 8th participation is, will be the sprint asset of the Cédric Vasseur training team.
