Tamin & Tagu: ASBA National Tournament Bronze Medalists


Itanagar, Jun 28: Arunachal State Badminton Association (ASBA) has lauded budding shuttlers Kyon Tamin and Debia Tagu for their outstanding achievement in Yonex Sunrise All India Badminton Ranking Tournament (U-13 category) held in Goa by securing a bronze medal showcasing their exceptional skills and dedication.

Arunachal State Badminton Association (ASBA) Secretary General Bamang Tago, in a statement, said, “we are thrilled to see our young players excel at national level. Kyon and Debia’s bronze medal win is a testament to their hard work and the quality coaching they have received. We are confident that they will continue to make the state proud with their future endeavours”. ASBA wishes best for their future endeavours.

The Yonex Sunrise All India Badminton Ranking Tournament is a prestigious event that attracts top talent from across India. The Goa edition saw intense competition with the duo’s performance being the highlight for the state, said Tago, also Badminton Association of India tournament committee member.

The ABSA, committed to nurture young talent by providing them with necessary support to excel in the sport, would continue to work towards creating opportunities for its players to shine at national and international levels, he added.
