In the past, I’ve been told, ‘You’re a good coach, but you’re too demanding.’ It’s arduous to admit when you’re wrong, but I’ve learned that change takes time. Over these past five months, I believe I’ve grown considerably, and I owe it to my colleagues, the management, the entire team, and the unwavering support of the fans.”
