“We can kill ourselves from the inside”: Pélissier-Labit, two friends, the same vision of management

The two childhood friends never miss the opportunity to cross paths in the summer in their stronghold, Revel, a small town in Haute-Garonne which saw them grow up and make their mark, one in football, the other in rugby. Christophe Pélissier, 58, is today the coach of Auxerre, the leader of Ligue 2 who can validate his rise to Ligue 1 from this Saturday against the PFC, after notable appearances at Amiens (rise to Ligue 1) , Lorient (L1) and before that the adventure of Luzenac to the gates of Ligue 2.

Laurent Labit, 55, director of rugby for the Top 14 leader, Stade Français, has just spent four years as assistant to Fabien Galthié with the Blues after leading, with his friend Laurent Travers, Montauban from Pro D 2 to Top 14 then Castres and Racing 92 to the Brennus shield.
