Trajan Langdon to Become New President of Basketball Operations for Detroit Pistons

Detroit Pistons have already decided who will be their new boss in the offices. The chosen one is Trajan Langdon, the current general manager of the Pelicans. The parties, as reported Adrian Wojnarowski (ESPN), they are already working on the future contract that will be completed soon.

Langdon, 48, worked as a general manager for the Brooklyn Nets for 3 years under Sean Marks and now he has been general manager of the New Orleans Pelicans for 5 seasons, as the right hand of David Griffin.

During his time in both franchises he was in charge of drafting players like Jarrett Allen, Caris LeVert, Zion Williamson, Trey Murphy o Herb Jonesamong others.

The executive will join a team that has been the last ranked team in the NBA this season with only 14 wins to its name.
