The Basque coach has been able to keep his Arsenal until the end in the fight for the Premier League with Guardiola’s almighty Manchester City. He is within reach of his fourth consecutive Premier, the sixth in seven seasons. A dominance only comparable to that of Ferguson’s United and which elevates him to the altars of the English benches. Last year’s Champions League took a weight off his shoulders, but this year Real Madrid crossed his path again in Europe and prevented his Manchester City from repeating a championship title for which he was a favorite. Guardiola’s influence on today’s football is undeniable, although he himself has changed the way he plays, and there is no one who can knock him off the world podium.
