For the first time in their history, the Cometz de Metz qualified for the final four of the Challenge de France. A feat which shows all the progress made by the club.
An authentic feat! THE Cometz of Metz had never won a single match in French Challenge, here they are in the last four of the competition after two victories. A historic first for the club. The protégés of Shane Priest first brought down the Barracuda of Montpellier (5-3), Thursday morning. A first success in the Challenge de France which therefore placed them a very small victory from the last four.
A semi-final that the Cometz de Metz won brilliantly, at the end of a courageous game, won (4-2) against the Toulouse Stadium this Friday. The Moselle club will find the winner of the match between La Rochelle et Rouen (5 p.m.), starting this Saturday.
