BAT VIOLENCE
(ANSA) – The Brescia court has sentenced the high school teacher who hit two students with a baseball bat in 2021 to one year in prison and to pay compensation of nine thousand euros.
The attack occurred outside school, in the evening, and the teacher reacted violently after the two boys, aged 14 and 15, had thrown firecrackers into the garden of his home. “23 blows were inflicted on the head” established the emergency room doctors who took care of the most seriously injured minor who had to stop playing football due to his injuries.
