GROSSETO – The elections for the new Council of the Red Cross of Grosseto took place on Sunday 19 May. With a clear result the volunteers elected Stefania Ricci as the new president.
Together with her were chosen, as advisors, Severo Severi, Marco Costanzo, Marco Pennetta e Valerio Veneziano as a junior advisor.
A successful Grosseto entrepreneur, Ricci is the owner of the Aurelia Antica Shopping Center and for years has carried out her voluntary service in the Red Cross, also holding the role of manager of Area 6 – Development.
“I am honored – declares the new president – by the full trust that has been shown to me and to all the members of my list. I welcome this opportunity to thank all the candidates who, with a true spirit of service, made themselves available. Special thanks go to president Hubert Corsi, for the teachings that he leaves us and to which we will give continuity and innovation. I also want to thank all the volunteers and our employees, without whose time the Cri would not be what it is”.
“Although we are aware – he concludes – of the task that awaits us, we will dedicate ourselves with responsibility, meticulousness and participation to give continuity to the work carried out so far, with the aim of making our Committee united and synergistic in the continuous achievement of the association’s mission” .
