Silvio Berlusconi’s false will, entrepreneur Marco Di Nunzio arrested in Colombia: «Attempted extortion of his children»

Indicted by Italy for attempted extortion of the Berlusconi family, arrested by Colombia for the false notarial deeds committed there: this is the outcome of the investigation by the Milanese prosecutor Marcello Viola and the prosecutor Roberta Amadeo into the falsity of the documents produced by Marco Di Nunzio to make people appear of being able to insert himself into the testamentary succession after the death of the former Prime Minister, and try to threaten the legitimate heirs (Marina, Pier Silvio, Barbara, Eleonora and Luigi) with enforcing the false wills if they did not agree to silence him with money.

Apparently Di Nunzio – a 55-year-old entrepreneur from Turin in Colombia, former architect of the Bunga-Bunga owl list – boasted in two civil proceedings brought in Naples and Milan three different false holographic wills allegedly attributable to Silvio Berlusconi, signed in Colombia on 21 September 2021 in office of the «Notaria Primera of Cartagena» and with which the legacy of 26 million, a yacht, the villas in Antigua in the Antilles, and above all the 2% of Fininvest were arranged in his favor.

Furthermore, during the television report broadcast by Report on 22 October 2023 on Silvio Berlusconi’s inheritance, the prosecutors remarked that «Di Nunzio threatened to disseminate documentation (unspecified) relating to Berlusconi and to bring a lawsuit to obtain the inheritance, to unless the heirs had paid a “settlement and write-off” sum”.

The falsity of the wills was instead approved by the investigation of the GdF and the Prosecutor’s Office (which benefited greatly from the help of the Italian ambassador to Colombia, Curcio) both through the reconstruction of where Silvio Berlusconi was on the day of the signing of the alleged “Colombian” will » (also through the deposition of Marta Fascina and the diaries of the former prime minister), and through an international letter rogatory with Colombia which acquired the declarations of the Colombian notary and of the attester of the translations of the wills, which denied Di Nunzio and they in turn reported it to Colombia, which has now arrested him due to a series of false notarizations that have emerged, including this one.

Di Nunzio had even produced two documents in support of the new thesis according to which Berlusconi would not have been included in the normal border registers of Colombia, like foreigners who disembark in ports to stay on Colombian soil for less than 24 hours, because that day he would have entered from the sea, on board a fishing boat: two apparent invoices for the purchase on 21 September 2021 in Cartagena of two paintings by Botero and an emerald, and the negative result of a Covid molecular swab theoretically carried out by Berlusconi also that day at 8.18 am (with results at 6.55 pm) in the laboratories of a certain «Sis Diagnosticos Medicina molecular».

But Berlusconi’s signature at the bottom of two of the three versions appears to have been taken from the Internet from the site “freenewsonline”, the notary Jimenez Najera “has declared that Berlusconi never showed up in his office”, and even the interpreter Aura Cenzato has denied translations and stamps. The civil case that arose in Colombia was acquired by the Milan prosecutor’s office, completing the proceedings of the investigation which concluded today with charges of false will and attempted extortion against Di Nunzio.
