With this agreement, the Federation President’s National Business and University Badminton Championships will be held in Miryang for three years from 2025 to 2027.

Previously, an agreement was signed to hold the Presidential National Student Championships of the National Elementary and Middle High School Badminton Federation on the 20th, and the Presidential National University Baseball Tournament on the 16th.

Miryang has 16 badminton courts in the city’s badminton stadium, and the Sunshine Miryang Theme Park has four baseball fields, making it an advantage in attracting various sports thanks to its developed sports infrastructure and transportation.

The city expected that hosting such a well-known competition would revitalize the local economy by about 5 billion won.
