At 23 years old, Margaux Obligis is on all fronts. Holder of a Professional Certificate in Youth, Popular Education and Sport (BPJEPS), she has a very varied schedule.
Margaux has had badminton in her skin for years. She is an essential player in the Badminton association Choletais team (BACH de Cholet) which plays in Nationale 2. Holder of a BPJEPS since 2021, she is now a qualified educator and is involved in several activities.
“I am hired by two employers with a 31-hour contract. I work in several disciplines. My “activity for all” option allows me to explore all sports. I crisscross the Mauges with interventions in La Pommeraye, Ingrandes, Cholet. I offer healthy gym for seniors, multi-sports, Pilates classes and adapted sports classes. In Beaupréau, I coach all the teams, from children aged six to adults.”
She continues with an observation: “There is a lack of women in badminton, it’s a general phenomenon. The open days that we are offering in Beaupréau will allow people to come and try and I hope to attract new members.”
These open days will take place Wednesday, May 29 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Promenade Hall in Beaupréau.
