Magic Fall Short in Decisive Game Against Cavs, Maxey Leads 76ers Past Knicks: NBA Playoffs Recap

After two dominant home games and a 2-2 tie in the conference quarterfinals against the Cavs, the Magic traveled to Ohio in good spirits. However, one close game later, Cleveland is back in the lead in the series and only needs one more game win to eliminate their opponent.

At 103:104, the guests from Florida were much closer to success than in the first two games at the start. With six seconds left, Franz Wagner moved to the basket with an eye on the equalizer. A third series in the East is also open: the weakened Milwaukee Bucks managed to make it 2:3 with a 115:92 win against the Indiana Pacers. Khris Middleton and Bobby Portis carried their team to victory with 29 points each. The two stars Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard were again missing due to injuries. Game six takes place on Friday (local time) in Indianapolis.
