Klagenfurt holt FAC-Goalie Spari – sport.ORF.at

Austria Klagenfurt strengthens its goalkeeping team with Simon Spari. As the current sixth-placed team in the championship group announced on Tuesday, the U21 team player is moving from the second division club Floridsdorfer AC to Lake Wörthersee for two years in the summer. Klagenfurt was reacting to the impending departure of Einsergoalie Phillip Menzel.

The Styrian Spari, who after his youth years at Puntigamer Sturm Graz also played for two years in the U19 team of the German second division club Karlsruher SC, moved to FAC in 2021 and is a goalkeeper there.

The 21-year-old is the Klagenfurt team’s fourth summer signing. Offensive player Laurenz Dehl (GER, currently Viktoria Berlin), attacker David Toschewski (MKD, Sibenik) and defensive player Tobias Koch (BW Linz) had previously been signed.
