The Juventus has decided to appeal the slime Cristiano Ronaldo. This is the line chosen by the Juventus club which, last April 17, was condemned by the Arbitration Panel to pay compensation 9.8 million euros to the Portuguese footballer. The story dates back to the Covid era and the salary maneuver for the 2021/2022 sports season.
The sentence of April 17th
Il Arbitration Panel had partially accepted Ronaldo’s request, but recognized a substantial one contributory negligence between the Portuguese and Juventus. Hence the decision to halve the amount of compensation (CR7 asked Juve to pay just under 20 million“as compensation for damages for the willful conduct of the company or in any case for the pre-contractual liability of the latter”). According to the Ronaldo College “maintained an inert behavior when, between the months of July and August 2021, when the federal forms to formalize the integration agreements were available, he preferred to postpone that activity… This is explained, in all likelihood, by the desire not to create obstacles to the ongoing negotiations for his transfer to Manchester United”.
