In Fleury, the footballers have changed everything: “Today, the club is better known than the prison”

Pascal Bovis is a busy man. Not because the women’s team of FC Fleury 91, her club, is playing its first Coupe de France final against PSG this Saturday, May 4, at 3 p.m. (France 4, BeIN Sports 2) in Montpellier, but because his handling and storage business, which he has run for 35 years, takes up a large part of his time.

“I’m lucky that everything is well organized inside the club,” he says. Pascal Bovis built this organization carefully but surely, he who took control of US Fleury-Mérogis in 1988. It was then a small club in Essonne, in the Fourth District Division.
