Harry Kane Pledges Loyalty to FC Bayern Amid Rumors of Return to England

Harry Kane has contradicted loose rumors and speculation about a possible return to England from the island and pledged his loyalty to FC Bayern. The striker said after the 2-2 draw in the Champions League against Real Madrid on Wednesday evening that he wanted to storm for the German record champions for “many more years.”

Kane, who moved to FCB from Tottenham Hotspur before the season with the aim of winning the title, told TNT Sports: “It’s been a good season so far. But it’s always just about the next game, the big game away in Madrid next Week. Everything we are still fighting for this season is in this competition.”

He then elaborated: “I want to be here for many more years. This is not a one-year adventure that I came here for.” Of course, his expectations were different last summer, but “things didn’t go well for us in the Bundesliga and the cup.”

For Kane personally, things are going well in Bayern’s uniform. His goal to make it 2-1 in the first leg against Los Blancos was his 43rd goal in 43 competitive games. The 30-year-old’s contract in Munich runs until 2027.

Kane and his Reds now have two away games on the agenda. On Saturday we go to neighbors VfB Stuttgart in the Bundesliga, before the second leg in the premier class against Real on Wednesday. “This is exactly what I came for. I want to be in these big games and experience these big moments. It doesn’t get bigger than next week’s game.”
