The Tour of Italy celebrates its 107th anniversary this year. From May 4 to 26, the 22 teams invited by the Giro thwarted the transalpine roads to reach the finish in Rome.
On their way, the runners found two times but above all a very uneven course which became more complicated throughout the three weeks.
Among the big favorites to succeed Primoz Roglic, crowned in 2023 but absent this year to focus on his preparation for the Tour de France, his compatriot Tadej Pogacar (UAE Emirates) looks like a scarecrow. Visma-Lease a Bike was without Jonas Vingegaard and Wout Van Aert, both of whom were severely affected at the start of the season.

After three weeks of intense efforts, the deliverance for the runners at the end of this last Roman ride which will consecrate the winner of the 107th Giro.
